Embodied Inquiry is a unique, leading-edge path bringing together conscious movement, awareness training, inner work, and stillness practice into an integrated transformative process that touches body, heart, and spirit.
The process draws upon three main sources: practices of conscious movement and embodied leadership inspired by Soul Motion®, Open Floor, Continuum Montage, Authentic Movement, Lomi Somatics, Aikido & more; body-centered explorations of Gestalt Awareness Practice; as well as somatic and meditative inquiries of Tibetan Buddhism and other ancient and modern traditions.
