  • water and snacks, if you wish; water is available from the tap in the kitchen

  • journal, pen, and a sketch book if you like; we will have writing (scrap) paper as well as oil pastels

This six week committed group brings together a small group of students interested in the magic and medicine

generated in the field of Presence when we take the time to show up, get in touch with what’s real, and support each other in exploring the mess and miracle of living a full, generous, embodied human life.

WHAT WE WILL DO

• contact present experience through movement (alone, together, with music, in silence)
• practice somatic resonance and witnessing
• explore dreams as portals into aliveness & presence
• expand and express through breath, sound, movement, drawing, writing, and speaking
• reflect in pairs or triads to develop empathy and tracking skills
• nothing: allow ourselves to rest in stillness and silence.

Most of the work is experiential, using body-based inquiries of Gestalt Awareness Practice; Soul Motion® and other expressive movement approaches; meditative practices informed by Tibetan Buddhism; and guided inquiries/explorations from other traditions. Some of our time together will be devoted to talks relevant to that day’s content, as well as group sharing, session demos, and discussion.

Previous experience with conscious movement and somatic inner work may be helpful but is not required.

WHY DO IT

The committed series always rocks my world in a way that nothing ever has. And - it sticks. I don't forget about it once I leave the group space. There is something about the deep waters that Zuza appears to summon which create a field Holy unique. My life is shifting ... a profound transformation.
Carolyn Ellis, Artist

"The committed series always rocks my world in a way that nothing ever has. Zuza's vision intoxicates me…there is something about the deep waters that she appears to summon which create a field Holy unique. My life is shifting, my roots are far deeper and well nourished."
