WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Such a safe space for exploring our own interior and saying from there whatever has to be said for our renewal.

I was surprised by the power of the witnessing, as my heart opened in powerful ways, full of grief and tenderness. Much gratitude for this.

Join us in this small group series for a weekly opportunity to drop into

the breathing, moving, feeling body, deep listening, open presence, embodied expression, and stillness.

This be a timespace to get in touch with yourself, others, life - in excellent company!

Come to experience opening & awakening through movement, stillness, partner inquiry, and other adventures in awareness.

A weekly refresh, yes?

Come because you know the body in motion holds the access to healing, authenticity, and power.

Come for play, expressive mess, creative experimenting, exploration before explanation.

Come if you're looking for somewhere to land with your creativity, vulnerability, relational imperfection. Here is one place for you on this earth where you don't have to have it together!

Come if you are feeling lonely or isolated and crave being part of something beautiful.

Doesn't your heart, too, long for connection and release?

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

In these classes, I feel deeper somatic self-understanding evolve in me. It's like new parts of me or maybe the not remembered parts of me appear, become conscious for me. It is hard to explain in words.

Love the size of the group and the integrated focus on a theme each week. Much more useful to me than large, less structured zoom dances.

This work is truly an elixir of life...catalyzing us to bring more of our many parts into conversation and a more genuine relationship with each other as well as the world.

Exploring our hands, feet, fluid body, spine, energy centers both physically and metaphorically - as well as reaching out to others and the great beyond - we created a series of portals that can be entered again and again, each time tapping afresh into the shifting shapes of self and communal discovery.

I love the music...it moves me to express the most tucked away places in myself. It is funny how my own body leads me unknowingly into a greater understanding than I could ever come to by thinking.

I so appreciate moving with partners and sharing our experiences...and the nonjudgemental witnessing. It is so healing to feel heard and seen and validated. I could never dance as I dance or speak as I speak in a big group.

The only thing I did not like about this series is that it had to end!

I loved feeling the shift in my body and being! I started out tight and tense and finished feeling opened, expanded, and deeply nourished. Grateful to feel Home and ease this exhausted mind of thinking into a more re-Sourced, delicious place of Being.
