This series is for safe un-masking, weekly re-opening, and emotional recovery through the body. Willingness to show up as is, experiment, and fail royally is all that's essential. Email us with any questions.

Perhaps all of the above.
Perhaps you don’t feel like you have much to give the people you work, or live, with.
Then join our small group for a weekly release of the pressures that suck the living daylight out of us and a recovery of energy flow, aliveness, sanity, avenues for real contact, receptors for support, the buried longing to be whole.
We gather in a field of shared intention to move, breathe, feel, speak and listen to each other, and in the process discover moments of meeting and moments of ease in the middle of our busy and sometimes crazy week.
Each session offers essential movement practices for embodied expression, resourcing, resonance, and self–regulation.
By tracking and following sensations, impulses, and cycles of activation, expression, and settling naturally occurring in the body, we practice skills for being with ourselves, each other, and our clients, students, and friends.
You will be encouraged to rest some of the time... so you're ready to face the rest of the week.
Short, accessible home practices will be offered for daily use. (Like unlimited free refills.) Optional and guilt-free.
The work is informed by Therapy in Motion but it is not a therapy or supervision group. It is designed to help you
I can honestly say I am a better therapist everyday because of what I learn from you. I wouldn't have the work I have – or people the benefits of healing – without the work you do.
