I am delighted to offer another collaboration with my friend Cathy Ryan, a brilliant facilitator from Ireland.
Join us in a moving exploration of the magic of what arises in the moment: to contact what inside you is hidden or forgotten, to explore and express what wants to move, breathe, and live.
We will work with music, dance, breath, dreams, imagination, everyday objects and ritual to awaken creativity, shamanic shapeshifting, and expanded consciousness. Kinda like taking plant medicine but without the substance.

Bring your soft eyes and open heart, your spark and snark, your grief and joy and your I dunno – and get ready for some deep play.
Allowing familiar objects to become portals into the mystery that waits just underneath the surface of ordinary consciousness, experience a re-enchantment of everyday reality.
Open to every body, though we recommend some prior experience with conscious movement practice.
