Do you long to feel alive, open, happy? To be seen, heard, held?

Walk with us a path that brings together conscious movement, inner work, and stillness into an integrated transformative process that touches body, heart, and spirit.

  • create together a safe space to be open, awake, alive, authentic
  • dance, listen and speak from the inside out for self-discovery and creative expression
  • access resources that can nourish and support us when life gets hard
  • cry a little, laugh a lot and practice the three-step program: relax, relax, relax

Open to everybody willing to breathe, move, listen, and travel alone and together across the landscapes of relating—to self, other, the world, and the great Mystery that we also are.

Zuza & Scott are gentle, wise and brilliant masters of scupting a safe, real and powerful container in which magic naturally unfolds. Their depth of expertise, years of dedication and passion create a truly transformative experience.

This work feeds me in ways I have yet to imagine. I am experiencing a feeling of sharing, knowledge, strength, openness, vulnerability and connectedness to my own self within the infinite. I really appreciate all Zuza does; her willingness to delve into such inquiry is rich.
