WHAT WE WILL DO
In this small group meeting, each participant will have the option to take the "open seat" and receive a session reflected by Zuza, with everyone else's attention (and sometimes participation).

You will be encouraged to slow down and show up with what is present in your body, sensation, and feeling; express through movement, sound, and words; take time and space; add breath and loving kindness. After each session we will share our experience, and if there's interest, discuss some aspects of the practice relevant to what just happened.

The open seat sessions will be interspersed with partner/triad practices, expressive and integrative interludes (movement, sound, breath), some teaching, and discussion.

WHY DO THIS

A meeting such as this is a powerful way to be together in presence, to get to know oneself and each other, and to practice openness, compassion, patience, and a sense of humor. In the process, you may experience discovery, surprise, heart opening, integration of loose ends from your past, or first steps toward a new future.

Healing happens, but the primary aim is awareness and deepening into embodied presence.

Watch this video for some idea of how this could go.

You inspire me and, yes, beautifully challenge me to show up the way I wish to in my life – which is with an open, authentic, honest and expressive heart.
