In a small committed group, get in touch with the creative flow of the life force that you are, through movement, writing, art, voice or any which way. Let's hold each other through the terror and discover beauty together.

PREREQUISITES

Please have a stable internet connection, the zoom app with video capacity [this is a must], best on a computer vs. other devices, and a willingness to show up as is, with us. Email us if you're intrigued but unsure.

Receive space to be and permission to express . . . also known as love.

Get in touch with whoever is living inside your skin today & find again–make time for–give breath to the creative flow of your life force through your movement, writing, art, voice or any other way it wants to be made visible and felt.

The expressive space is open for big waves and tiny ripples, familiar moves and those we don’t yet know, flashes of inexplicable longing, tenderness, expansion, contraction, and as always, the inherent awkwardness of this human being. We will move alone and together, witness each other, and speak of our experiences if desired.

You are welcome here with all your clarity and confusion, willingness and resistance, vulnerability and power. In this small weekly group, we can hold each other through the terror and discover beauty together in the invisible tapestry we weave together during these 6 weeks.

This is a Moving Imagination class, attending to the body in motion as resource for creative discovery. Sessions will include space and music for (optional) art making, writing, or any other creative endeavor you choose. If that’s not on your menu, you can continue moving or resting during those times (or stay with your art while we move).

Previous experience with conscious movement may be helpful but is not required. More essential is a willingness to take the leap into the unknown and keep showing up no matter where the creative spirit may take you.

What an opportunity to move and be with others on the move, rough and smooth. It helps create a little something to carry on to the everyday – emboldens me to experiment in life. Zuza’s teaching, with a minimum of instruction, creates a grand opening for exploring self with self, beyond self, self with others in freedom, in movement of feet and emotion. Love gets down and real.
