I am again and forever inspired by the power of what we can do together, you and I, with a little help from our human friends, to transform loneliness into belonging, empty chatter into heart sharing, dissociation into embodied living.
My prayer is that you:
- Move, breathe, sound, laugh and cry often – or in any other way that you know release the pressure that shuts your life force down like a ton of bricks
- Find ways to feel supported and held in the big hand of god with whatever you’re facing in your murky, magnificent, messy life
- Do something daily to reclaim your energy, aliveness, and sanity. Five minutes a day counts.
Two minutes, anybody?
In fact, do it now!
- Stand up and stomp your feet.
- Lie down and breathe out till you can’t anymore, and then breathe out some more.
- Give it sound.
- Shake all over.
- Notice something for the first time that you have seen a million times.
- Drink a glass of water feeling in your heart the clarity of a glacier stream.
- Sway like a tree.
- Stare into the sky for 2 minutes, away from the screen.
Better now?
