To move together is one of the oldest human experiences. It's to remember something we already know in our bones — that we were never meant to do life alone. Solitude is lovely, but isolation can be deadly. We are wired for connection, whether we like it or not.
This weekend is an experiment in being in a togetherness that doesn't ask you to disappear — but to exist so fully that your presence becomes a gift. Not a blurred, subdued, edited version of you. You, fully arrived, offering what only you can offer to the field.

We build community through deeply listening, sensing, and including each shape, each gesture, every movement, on the dance floor and in our everyday lives.
We ask ourselves:
• Can I feel the group and still feel myself within it?
• Can I let the field move through me without contorting to fit in?
• Can I be affected — moved, delighted, even transformed — while remaining in touch with my own experience?
Through moving solo and with each other, we travel the landscapes of intimacy, connection, and community to discover what it means to truly belong without losing ourselves.

There is such beauty and power in moving together — the sense of being held by something larger than myself that I am also co-creating: a coherent, resonant field.
