Body Process:
an Open Circle
Open to every body, this event is a small group excursion into embodiment through motion, deep play, community connection.
Movement passages and mini session demos will be interspersed with partner/triad practices, expressive and integrative interludes (sound, breath, time outdoors), a little teaching, and discussion.
A safe space to be real, alive, authentic
A room to dance, listen and speak from the inside out
A circle for self-discovery, creative expression & healing

Join to play and practice while held in a strong circle of presence. Experience surprise, heart opening, joy, grief, integration of loose ends from your past, or first steps toward a new future.
In motion, with breath, imagination, dream exploration, in community. In the spirit of somatic inquiry, curiosity, inclusion.

For self-discovery, deepening, opening, softening, possibly healing, hopefully some laughter. To contact what is here, explore possibility, and express what wants to move, breathe, and live!

If you are requesting CE credit, please attend all sessions.
We cannot offer partial credits. $25 fee for certificate.
It's OK if you need to miss part of the workshop, but we give no discounts or refunds for partial attendance.
