Perhaps in my longing I, too, was ready to confront myself in a new way; to be swallowed whole by something fierce, sacred, intimate, and not entirely tidy; something I couldn’t think, fake, or charm my way out of. And then, by some magic or everyday miracle, find a way to bring whatever I harvested back to my topside life.

Revelation is the emergence of what’s underneath. Not a better version of the self, but a deep experiential knowing of the Mystery. It is the return to what was forgotten, the arrival of what has always been here: truth, love, peace, Being itself.
On the path of waking up we engage both our divine essence and our human imperfection
Release is the gentle, unflinching unraveling of the patterns, protections, and inherited stories that have shaped our identity. It is the willingness to meet the places where we're still caught—without judgment, without rush, and with the kind of loving awareness and embodied presence that allows real change.
⭐ Completion of the Moving with Life Yearlong Program (aka BALP)
or an invitation from Zuza is a prerequisite for participation.
The journey of awakening is always an alchemy of revelation & release. As not so awake humans, we must engage both the possibility of living as embodiment of love, devotion, wisdom and compassion––as well as the very real experience of repeatedly falling back into our limited, reactive, defensive self.
In the spiral process of opening and expansion, the psyche goes through a challenge. We notice we still have some karma to burn, some purification to go through, some places inside that are still waiting for our love.
We engage this dual process by blending conscious movement, embodied inner work, and spiritual practice. We enter relational resonance and attuned witnessing, energetic tracking and soul-level listening. Together.
This is not therapy, or a self-improvement method. It’s a sacred path of embodiment, a return to what is most real––with all the work, commitment, effort, and sacrifice it requires. On a good day, we get to taste the beginning of freedom: no longer feeling afraid of dying, or of living.
Making space for a deeper being to emerge by softening the defensive architecture built and maintained over decades.
Working with the somatic and energetic expressions of the conditioned self.
Turning toward the unfelt, the exiled, the disowned aspect of the psyche– not to get rid of anything, but to make room for Presence.
Loosening habitual identities without collapse or bypass.

The circle is open to people who have previously completed a yearlong program or have extensive and compatible experience with conscious movement, inner work, and spiritual practice.
This is not a therapeutic container even though the work we do is deeply healing. It’s a field for awakening in the body, heart, and soul, through the undoing of what we thought we were and opening to the truth of our authentic being.
If you know your patterns, you’ve touched into the wound, you’ve sat with the shame and tracked your defenses. "You know despair and can see it in others..."
If you’ve tasted presence, but don’t quite live from it. You know there is something bigger than your habitual identity—more real, more alive, more radiant—and you’re longing to give your life to that: your essential Being.
If you are at a place in your life where you are ready to stop organizing around survival and allow a different kind of orientation to emerge. To continue on the path that isn’t just about psychological healing but spiritual deepening.
If, rather than still trying to avoid pain and arrange for comfort, you are willing to show up for the mess and miracle of being human. No longer preoccupied with approval, you are now more interested in contribution and service.
JOIN US TO CO-CREATE A community of humans who take the work of growing up seriously and who choose to walk the path toward waking up together
Continue co-creating a brave space to be real, alive, authentic with each other as we fumble together toward living an embodied, connected, relationally savvy, and spiritually grounded life.

Engage in the deep soul work necessary for navigating the complexities and absurdities of human existence, including the messes and misses we make in the process.
In motion and stillness, with breath, imagination, feeling, in our imperfect community, ride the edge of creative inquiry, somatic curiosity, emotional fluidity, relational inclusion, and spiritual depth.
Experience again being held in a strong web of fellow deep divers and changed by the radically powerful field of this unusual moving sangha.
And so it is: Life marches on, imperfectly. We age; we remain in the clutches of some painful patterns and scenarios; we grow out of others. In the hands of a large, mysterious universe, one thing is clear: we won’t *not* be stretched beyond our limits, ultimately broken or broken open, and to what we do not fully know. Perhaps resurrection isn’t best considered a big, one-time event; perhaps we learn it in tiny movements, with tiny decisions. Amidst all of it, we choose to keep showing up, stretching our hearts and legs to rise again.
