We need each other in order to stumble towards embodied wholeness. Our compassion completely depends upon our experience of each other, and our relationship to the whole.

Last month, we had our first historic session of the Moving Circles Sangha: Going Deeper, affectionately known as the Foreverlong.
This is another permutation of my long held dream of co-creating a community of humans who take the work of growing up seriously and who choose to walk the path toward waking up together.
It is clearer to me than ever that long-term, ongoing work in community that includes movement, inner work, and awareness training is one of the very best ways toward living an embodied, connected, relationally savvy, and spiritually grounded life. Not the easiest way, but in my experience the most reliable in creating lasting transformation.
However, if you don’t feel like a candidate for the foreverlong program (like, not in a million years) and even the thought of a *yearlong* commitment gives you the heebie-jeebies, but you’re intrigued about the process, please keep reading and dreaming with me.
Sidebar: Now imagine that you don’t have to go anywhere to access this and, in fact, the community comes to you in the comfort of your own home! Weekly, via the magic of the world wide web.
No one was more surprised than I to discover how well these processes work in a zoom room. The most important ingredient, deep inner contact while being seen and held in community, is fully present online in a way I never believed it could be.
That’s why I offer an online series in addition to the in-person events – for people just like you and me.
I mean, have you danced once or twice? Then you know there’s nothing like (conscious) movement to facilitate deep soul work necessary for meeting and responding to the complexities and absurdities of the life we have been given.
You may also know how movement takes us into the deep stillness at the very core of our Being, the only place we can reliably find true comfort and ease.
So, how about some low-commitment, high-yield moving in community into the heart of what’s here?
